This project was about digital transformation of their business processes to improve customer services by implementing a new CRM system. We helped YHG implement an integration layer between CRM system and a self-service portal for customers not only giving them access to backend legacy systems, but also automating end to end problem reporting and repairs cycle

Primary Care Support England (PCSE) is responsible for providing back-office support to GP Practices, Dentists, Opticians, and Pharmacists in England ranging from key administrative and payment services, to managing supplies, performers list and market entry applications through to moving medical records. This engagement was on a large greenfield project to replace outdated technology infrastructure spread across various sites with a unified solution to support PCSE business processes and provide a consistent experience to its end users while substantially reducing operational costs.

After the acquisition of EMI by UMG, it was agreed to move EMI’s repertoire data to Universal’s database systems. Existing EMI applications were extended to support migration of this data using existing messaging layer across a period of various months.

At the time of its acquisition by Universal Music, EMI was the fourth largest business group and record label conglomerate in the music industry, and was one of the "Big Five" record companies. Global Repertoire Management was one of the major projects undertaken at EMI Music that spanned across multiple releases conducted well over a year long period with a team of more than two dozen people. An agile development approach, innovative technologies and being the only integration resource in the entire team, it was one of the most challenging experience so far. An MVC based application was the central piece of this project that was built for the business users enabling them to manage all offerings across EMI’s audio and video catalogue.

However, this model comes with its own challenges and whenever Lebara requires access to its customer’s network profile or control global network settings; it must work with the MNO providing baseline services for that specific country. This engagement was aimed at integrating with MNOs so Lebara could get full control over the capabilities of MNO systems improving productivity at the same time reducing the cost and complexity of MNO access.

Cambridge Assessment is a department of the University of Cambridge and a not-for-profit organization having presence across the globe. The department incorporates three major exam boards that share same IT services infrastructure thus having common applications for managing candidates and markers information, processing assessments and payments etc. Due to the number of applications integrated via their integration platform and huge volumes of data shared from across the globe, they were facing major performance bottlenecks. We were asked to analyse existing systems and identify problems with current design to devise a set of recommendations to improve the situation.

Lambeth Borough Council *

Lambeth Borough Council deals with council residents daily in fulfilling requests or issues raised by members of the public. Like any running business, these public members are treated as customers to the borough council and fulfilling their requests is crucial to the service standards set by council management. A CRM system was newly installed at the council to be used by customer service agents logging requests raised by members of the public by calling the council helpline. Onsite contractors who carry out requested jobs however use their PDA devices connected to a back-office system to keep track of all the pending jobs and their scheduling information. A new integration layer was built that could take data from CRM system and pass these messages to back-office system and vice versa.
